Beware of Globe Shoes Online – Terrible Service!

I placed an order for a pair of shoes through the Globe Shoes website after being promised a quick delivery, as advertised. It’s now been three months, and I’m still waiting! I received a tracking number from someone named “Taylor,” who kept giving me excuses about the location of my package. But to this day, there’s been no delivery.

I’m now out R1000 with absolutely nothing to show for it. Their customer service is non-existent—they don’t reply to emails or messages at all.

Please be warned and think twice before using their “no-show” services. I would hate for anyone else to go through what I did!
