Poor communication

I've recently purchased from football live sa, (I heard about them on Instagram, as they had a running special) and I was skeptical at first as they were a new business to me, but I gave them a shot anyway. So I make my purchase and get a confirmation email, and that's all I get for almost a week, so naturally I do get uneasy as I spent a lot of money and I haven't heard back from them, so I contacted them via email, Instagram and WhatsApp and I'm yet to receive a response. I've also tracked my order on multiple occasions but still receive the same message "order is awaiting fulfillment" which I was okay with since it was a big promotion and I assumed that packaging and delivery would be a while, yet I haven't heard much from them for confirm my theory that they are super busy with orders.
