Poor communication and wrong shipment

I recently placed an order with this business and I have very low ratings to give, as I my order was delayed, I received the wrong items and I have little to no idea about the progress of my order, I placed an order of 3 items and only received 2 items. After contacting them I made an adjustment to my order an I have not heard back from this business to know, if my order would be ammended to my new request.
