Inferior quality products and poor communication.

I've reviewed this company multiple times and have only been reached out to once. I'm very disappointed in the the quality of the products that I've received, with inferior quality when the products were claimed to be "original". My order has also been incorrectly packed as I've received an item less, and I am yet to receive any updates about a confirmation of new and correct products being delivered to me, I have also requested to receive a refund, and I have not heard any response or updates after multiple attempts to contact them.
