Poor quality product delivered with no real respect for consumer rights to resolve the issue amicably.

The manufacture custom braais and ash pans. They delivered a product that had quality issues. When I raised my complaint and sent them pictures, I was addressed in a dismissive tone and subjected to verbal abuse over the phone. I would not recommend buying from this business...
