Very Unhappy Customer
I placed two orders on 11 May 2022. I made payments for both orders the same day and emailed the proof of payment to *** as requested in the order confirmation email received. On 30 May 2022 I have still not received any further communication and no delivery. When logging into my account and viewed my orders it indicated the orders are not processed due to Awaiting Payment. I then wrote an email to the support email attaching the two orders and both proof of payments. Today 31 May 2022, I still have not received any communication or reply to my query sent yesterday.

15 Nov 2022, 13:54I was contacted by the store on 13 October and informed my 2 orders were found and I received an email the next day that the first order was shipped. I received this order 2 days later, which was great after I thought I was never going to get my order. :-)
I followed up about the second order that was outstanding and 2 weeks later my second order was shipped on 2 November 2022, which I then received two days later.
All in all, not a great experience, but I'm a happy client now that both my orders were received. I will use the store again, and reflect back thereafter to comment on the quality of service. I was asked to change my review on Hellopeter by the store, giving me the impression that my review made all the difference and resulted in my order being found and fulfilled.
