Terrible Customer Service

I have ordered from them before and received my orders. This time however their website shows that they are still waiting for payment even though I paid and they do not respond to requests on their website nor do they respond to emails. Customer service is non existent. There is no contact number either. Disappointed and won't order from them again. Hopefully i eventually get my order or someone responds and I can get my money back.
