Orderer my goods 4 or 5 weeks ago. Enquired after 3 days and they explained about their ISP and emails not working correctly but i waited a week longer and got my order. Placed numerous orders after and received all of them. When they cant get somethething specific its usually replaced with the same or better product. Happy client
