Disappointed

I'm so disappointed and frustrated. I placed an order a few weeks ago. I made payment and sent pop. I attempted to contact their customer support multiple times, I was met with unresponsiveness. Their customer service displayed a complete disregard for my concerns and failed to provide any meaningful updates regarding the status of my order.
