Incorrect fine detail.

On this site under the "Tools" heading there is a function to check your outstanding traffic fines. I completed the required information and an outstanding traffic fine appears linked to me. I don't know if these fines appears on the governments records. Somebody is apparently driving a ****** vehicle with my vehicles previous registration number plates. I have proof that the vehicle old registration number that appear on the fine has been changed to my current vehicle during 2011 when I bought the vehicle. I am sure that the old number plates are now used on a ****** car. I tried the function "contact us" but without success. I want them to remove the fine information on their system.
