Support really helped me

I am a bit of an older gentleman, so I'm not very tech-savvy. However, customer support really helped guide me through everything. They were very kind and lovely and were incredibly patient with me. The only thing I wish is for user-friendly interface for people like me. Other than that, I am satisfied.
