Disappointed with Quality and Customer Service

I was really excited about my Vans purchase, but unfortunately, the shoes didn’t last more than three months with normal wear. I expected better durability from such a well-known brand. When I reached out to customer service, they dismissed my concerns without even inspecting the product, attributing the damage to "normal wear and tear." It’s disappointing to see a brand prioritize sales over product quality and customer satisfaction. I truly loved the design, but sadly, I can’t justify another purchase after this experience.
