My order went from being packed to "waiting for a reply from the warehouse" to "there might be issues with some of the ordered items". The customer service agent can not give feedback, they cannot contact the warehouse, they cannot cancel the order, they can do absolutely nothing. Waiting in angst to see if the order will even be delivered.
