Please beware of this clinic !!!

Title (if allowed): Failed Procedure and No Follow-Up Support Review: I am writing this review to share my personal experience with The Hair Lab in Cape Town, in the hope that it helps others make an informed decision. In early 2024, after researching several clinics, I chose The Hair Lab for a hair transplant procedure. I paid R33,000 and followed all post-operative care instructions carefully. Unfortunately, over the following months, the transplanted hair showed very poor growth, with patchy and sp**** results that were clearly below what had been promised. The outcome did not meet reasonable expectations. After raising my concerns, I eventually attended a follow-up consultation. During this consultation, the clinic owner examined my scalp and acknowledged that the procedure had failed. I was assured that a corrective procedure would be arranged. However, after November, all communication stopped. Despite multiple WhatsApp messages and calls (many of which were read), I received no meaningful response. The promised corrective treatment was never provided. What has been most disappointing is not only the poor result, but the lack of accountability and aftercare once problems arose. As a patient who invested a significant amount of money and trust, I expected professional support and follow-through. I have documented my experience with photos, timelines, and message records for transparency. I am sharing this as my honest personal experience. Others may have different outcomes, but I strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to research carefully, verify credentials, and ensure all promises are in writing before proceeding.
