****! They don’t deliver goods purchased.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 25/08/24 with the fast delivery option of 24-72 hours as it was birthday gift. After 72 hours with no delivery, I tried to call the number on the website and it’s a false number. No response to emails or social media DMs regarding delivery! 4 days after delivery deadline, a response with no apology… “there have been a backlog of orders due to unforeseen circumstances. However we assure you your order is going to be fulfilled in the next 3 days”.

It’s been 2 weeks since that email and still no delivery, and no response to further emails. No response to requests for a refund due to non-delivery. This store is a ****! I had to log a ***** dispute with my bank to get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Other reviews on hellopeter say the same!! I wish I had read them before ordering.
