ThePlugza is a ***** of a Company

My 14 year old daughter placed an order for Jordans on the 9th of April 2025 , and she paid R3,149.98. The order has not been delivered , i have sent numerous email to enquire and even tried to contact their number as per their website *** and the number goes to voicemail. ThePlugza have caused nothing but stress to my daughter because of their poor service . I would like this company to be investigated if whether is it a legitimate company .

They are nothing but a ***** and a Police Inquest will be opened against this company.
