I bought clothing items from an e-commerce store, viz. https://thaplugza.com/ This a Shopify store. My web purchase and transaction via my bank went through successfully but they never delivered the goods. I enquired via their e-mail *** and via whatsapp *** but I did not receive any replies. The order was placed on the 08/12/2023. Order was supposed to be delivered within 4 days as per the website. It is now 31/01/2024, more than a month and a half later I have still not received any correspondence from them with regards to my order. I believe these are ****mers parading as online clothing retailers utilizing a Shopify online store. Please be careful people. So much for supporting small businesses.
