Have not delivered on a paid order and they are nowhere to be seen or heard

My son, 11yrs old, used his birthday money to buy a cap and shoes from thaplugza.com. We have not received our order and the company does not answer their phone, respond to messages on their website or their e-mails. So it's gone deathly quiet and my son sits R2 000 out of pocket with no cap or shoes.
