Bad Back Up Service

I contacted them via their website. They came out quickly. The gentleman was competent thou they were expensive. They repaired the washing machine and replaced the Element on the Defy Gourmet Oven. After about a month when we used the oven, we noticed the same element which they changed wasn't getting hot as it was supposed to. I contacted the technician via Whats app, he said he was busy but would come out. He didn't pitch up. Contacted him again, he said he was sick and he would get someone else out. Contacted the Whats app number on the website, they're reading the messages but not responding. *** ***
