Mismatch in Order and received goods
I am really disappointed in this order for the following reasons.
1. They got the order wrong since we never received the Heidi Swapp Weekly Planner Spiral Bound 5.75"X8" Stripe(WE PAID R322,00), instead we received the Jornal Stdio kit stripe by Heidi Swapp(which are priced on your website for R305.90) 2. This product: Heidi Swapp Undated Classic Planner Boxed Kit 913/Pkg Weekly Format, it starts from the month of August which means the binding is wrong. January is at the back. Please see the attached images.
