Online Broker not legit

I had a very bad experience with Sarah Alma Martinez. She ******* me to open account with her. She uses Rowcoins.com to show my account and my profits. After I first deposited $2100 I was only on Basic account and can only withdraw $200 per month. Then I must deposit $6000 to get on Premium account , which she said is unlimited withdrawels. The photos on her website : https://sarahalmamartinez.com is ****** from an Instagram profile by the name of Fernanda Mansano. This is Identity *****. I ask her to close my account and give my initial deposit back , but she said I must first pay another $2100 , which I did not do. On the official Rowcoins.com site it stated that INITIAL INVESTMENT BACK ANYTIME. It looks like the Rowcoins.com she uses is also ****.
