Incomplete dishwasher repair

I requested the services of Sean to repair my dishwasher. Firstly, he came out two hours later than he said he would. He then claimed to have to repair the pump and pc board on my dishwasher to get it up and running again. After the job was complete, he required me to pay a cash amount of R3200 but claimed there was a warranty of 12 months on the work done. I was also asked to not run the machine for two hours to allow it to ''reset''. When I restarted the machine, it promptly gave the same error code. In spite numerous attempts over a period of a week since the repair, Sean has failed to return to attend to the issue, which effectively means he has pocketed the cash for an incomplete job.
