NO DELIVERY ON GOODS ORDERED 45 DAYS AGO

<p>I ordered a "Peek-a-book Talking Elephant" on the 10th Jan 2017 in order to make sure that I get the elephant before my grand daughters 1st birthday, which is on the 23rd February 2017. They informed me that it would take in between 16-23 days. It has now been 45 days or 34 working hours and STILL no elephant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their excuse, it is with the shipping company and not their problem anymore. I find this service is absolutely unacceptable and shocking.</p>
