I ordered 3 x Hydro bottles on the 1/12/2024. To date I have not received any communication. No decency to reply after numerous emails sent and when trying to track my order on their website (which by the way was inaccessible a few times), my tracking/order did not exist! Shocking shocking shocking service! I want a full refund, but not too sue how to go about it other than the legal route as no one gets back to you! The rating shouldn't even be a one star, they don't deserve any star for that matter!
