I wanted to purchase a puppy from the breeder listed in this site. I made the payment and the courier fees. Puppy R3500 + courier fee R950 = R4450 Few hours later I received an email from "Global Clearance Port" asking for : 1) Rental Option Rental Fee: R 199 Refundable Deposit: R 9,000 Total Due: R 9,199 Deposit of R 9,000 will be refunded in full at the time of delivery once the crate is returned and signed for by you. Our delivery agent is instructed to wait and process the refund on-site. I refuse to pay this. Even though the "breeder" promises to refund me in 7 days, I'm doubtful.
