Poor service

Have been made false promises about deliveries fromm the start. Should have been June 2023. No replies and no feedback when promises and deadlines are not kept. Last promise was for yesterday 14 Aug 2023, still nothing heard and no feedback. Cannot understand how people can take your money and care this little to do the right thing, really poor and pathetic.
