BAD SERVICE : onlinecompanyregistrationsa.co.za

This company is very bad I will advice people not to use it, they claim to be assisting people in registering companies, but they are just worse I paid an amount of R990 for them to register a NGO for me, but what they did they registered the wrong name, I informed them about the error they made, then this rude man told me that CIPC doesn't allow certain characters like apostrophes but he failed to advice me BEFORE, he continued registering even he knew that certain characters are not allowed giving wrong information to CIPC, I checked with CIPC they told me that the only process what onlinecompanyregistrations captured so they are the ones who made the error, this company doesn't want to take responsibility for the errors they made I tried to contacted then several times but I don't get any response except to change the name and pay again, I asked the man who will pay for the name change until today this rude man never cameback with the response except that he is still going to consult his boss, I thought they were professional at some stage I even complimented them for responding fast, but only to find out that their their fast is a mess. I believe my NGO was not the first to be registered by them if they had seen that some other things are not allowed they should have ADVICE me to fix it, but it was not done they gave their own name to my NGO of which for me is an insult and not acceptable. They don't want to take responsibility for their bad action. I later realize that they are also expensive they are charging unnecessary fees compare to other companies that are charging lesser. I feel I was not treated fairly by this company, because I cant use this name they have registered.
