Highly Recommended

I ordered 3 single phase CBI meters from them as none were available elsewhere in the country. The following morning I was contacted by them and informed that, unfortunately they were out of stock. The salesman said that if I give him the day he will try and source it for me.

Later the day he got back to me and told me that he might be able to get his hands on excess stock from another client, but he will only be sure the Monday (this was a Friday). I told him that he should please phone me as soon as he knows as there is another place that I found that only had 5 units left of the items that I needed, and If he can't help me then I will have to place the order with the competitor.

As promised he phoned me before 10am the Monday morning to deliver the good news that he was successful in his mission. This is a great example of good customer service. It's refreshing to have a company make you feel like your business with them is important and that they value you as a customer, in todays' world where no-one seems to care.
