AVOID MY MULTI RELIEF AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 3 products from My Multi Relief on 9th February. On their website they advertise fast and free delivery. To date (12th March) I am yet to receive my order and my requests for a refund has gone unacknowledged. They keep promising the delivery is imminent. When I initially started querying my delivery as the tracking number they provided for Hermes was not recognised by Hermes, they advised it can take up to 15 days to deliver; I waited the required 15 days and still my tracking number was not found / unrecognised. I again enquired about my package and My Multi Relief advised the package is with Hermes and the delay is due to Hermes and COVOD related. I contacted Hermes who advised the tracking number is invalid and my package is not with them. I emailed numerous times with no response from My Multi Relief; they also delete / filter out all the negative comments on their Facebook package from other angry customers so others can't see how truly shocking their service is...the angry faces tell a different story however. I have been posting on Facebook to get a response and they delete my posts as well. After numerous angry Facebook posts by me on their Facebook page I received an email on 6th March with a valid tracking number for Hermes; Hermes however have not received my package, they are still waiting. They "pride" themselves as a British Company however from several other angry Facebook users it appears their product comes from China and could well be the reason for the massive delays. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at ALL costs. They take your money and either don't deliver or it may take months before you actually get an order. You can order the same product from several other providers in the UK with no lengthy delays and dishonesty. I enquired again today but on a new email and they again blame HERMES for the delay due to COVID. They even email to tell me the package is with HERMES and they are not delivering; Hermes have yet to receive the package. I don't know if I will ever get the products I have ordered and as they refuse a refund in my option it builds down to theft!
