Beware of MW Property Mauritius & Wesley Carlson

My advice to anyone planning on hiring these guys is avoid avoid and avoid.

Several months ago I contacted MW Property because I planned on staying in Mauritius for around 1 year. Due to time constraints, I didn't have time to view options in person prior to committing. I obviously trusted these property agents would have my best interests based on being hired and paid by me.

Wesley Carlson ***ner) fairly quickly recommended a property in Tamarin Golf Estate which we now know is conveniently owned by his good friend Brent Robert Sussens. Shortly after moving in and paying over 12,000 GBP (620,000 Mauritian Rupee) which comprised of over 3000 GBP (150,000 Mauritian Rupee) in agent fees, the issues were overwhelming. The appliances didn't work, the AC didn't work requiring major building works, the roof leaked, water came up through the floor, the car port collapsed twice, the generator didn't work which was a priority due to work commitments, the garden veranda fallen apart etc etc etc. I could go on all day.

After reporting issues, some were taken care of but the conclusion I came to is the house wasn't fit for habitation considering the major issues were structural.

I decided to move out after a few weeks of occupancy and requested a refund. This is when Wesley Carlson and his parents true colours came to light. I was basically ignored and told to get on with it. I had to then appoint a lawyer and issue court proceedings to recover my funds. The court case is ongoing.

In retaliation to my court claim, Wesley Carlson and Brent Robert Sussens conspired with a convicted woman abuser in the UK and a maniac in SA to open false ******** charges against me. The police case in the UK is nonsense and will be challenged when I am satisfied with the outcome of this situation in Mauritius. It is clear Brent Robert Sussens and Wesley Carlson are attempting to silence me via any ***ardly means possible. Unfortunately for them, they have met their match with me.

Obviously neither Brent or Wesley have the backbone to deal with me directly, instead they both choose to slither around in the background whilst portraying themselves as victims.

If MW Property or Wesley respond to this review, they will deflect clear wrongdoings on their part and point you towards the legal issues they have conspired to fabricate against me in the UK and in Mauritius. These people think bullying and manipulation works for them, unfortunately, not with me.

Before this review, there was only 1 other review posted. I am sure Wesley will have countless **** reviews posted in quick succession to try and silence this one.....

These people are predictable to say the least!
