DONT ORDER FROM MAISON BELLE - ****
Dont order from them -its yet ANOTHER Facebook **** - you will not receive what you ordered. They will also ask your for another R100 2 weeks after you have placed your order for transport which is not mentioned anywhere when you order.

SHOCKING SHOCKING - this online site is an absolute **** do not touch them. I placed an order on the 14th of July. I received an order confirmation and since then NOTHING! They have gone dark. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for an update. NOT a single response. DO NOT touch this company.

Service levels in the TOILET
Horrific service levels!! Firstly, I placed & paid for my order only to receive a payment request a week later for R100 delivery??! Why was that not included in the original payment?!! I declined & duly cancelled my order, requesting a refund. Then, I receive another email saying that my parcel had been shipped. I assumed they'd realised the error of their ways & had decided to send me my order after all. Only to receive a pair of childrens' socks a few days later via courier!! They claimed it was a mistake made by a supplier, but it feels suspiciously intentional to me. Almost 2 weeks later now & I still have not received my R800 refund, and no one's responding to my emails??
