Disgusted

I bought and paid for a new hair straightener on the 04 May and have not received my item. I have written to them 3 times and they reply saying a ticket for your query has been issued and someone will contact you in 24hrs, well I'm still waiting. No one responds and tracking order just say there is slight delay. It's going for almost 2 months but delivery was suppose to take 5 days
