Rude client based and questions concerning if they exist

I phoned icecreammachines to get info buisness based in Kimberley. I asked a couple questions I spoke to a african male that refused to give his name. I inquired for photos of the mechanicals on the machine as there wedcites photos are unclear!!! Like it was screanshot and placed on their webcite. The man on phone nr *** Started yelling at me that he will not send pictures in other words is there machines in actual to photograph????then he threw the phone down in my ears. I phoned back and he proceeded to yell at me. So who ever this man or company is I dont trust it at all. With service like that how will exchanges work or service on machines or is it even legit????
