Horrible workmanship

When I first reached out to them, they were extremely responsive and quick on feedback. Quality of the work post completion is extremely poor, I literally have holes in wall and *****s and nails sticking out and an incomplete Wendy house - I've sent them pics and videos of the outstanding work to which I was responded to with "out of town/ "will get back to me/ will request the plumber to give me a call" - nothing yet on anything. The toilet installed is facing the wrong way, not allowing anyone to sit therein properly due to lack of space. They were chasing to get the job done instead of doing what was promised. I am still awaiting a call back for over a week now Extremely disappointed, frustrated and annoyed at them
