Elaine's Boutique: *****ulent Company
On 18 July 2025, I purchased two coats online from Elaines Boutique for a total of R 2,518.20. I have not received an order number or the coats yet. They say they're in Cape Town but list no contact details. You can only communicate with them via email, but the replies are not relevant to the order numbers, nor the delivery. This is a *****ulent company which made me pay for nothing.

13 Aug 2025, 08:07Two days after posting my review about Elaines Boutique on Hellopeter, I received the two coats I ordered. The quality was poor, and both colour and pattern differed from the advertised images. Though the original price was listed as R3,999 per coat and discounted to R1,399, I estimate their actual value at under R300 each. I requested they collect the coats and issue a refund, but have yet to receive any response.
