Verry Bad Quality and Service

By accident I bought two of the same pair of shoes, I immediately sent them an email explaining I made a mistake and asked them to rectify my order and give me a refund for one pair of shoes, they rep**** after 3 emails and said they would do so. Nevertheless, I did not get the refund and eventually (I think it took nearly 3 weeks) got both the pairs of shoes. I send them 5 emails (over the last 2 weeks) again and got the response today that I only have 14 days (the website states 30 days) to return the package and 14th day is tomorrow, which is not a problem, but I have to return it to China for my expense! The quality is verry poor, the shoes looked expensive on the photos, but is actually made from a verry thin and bad quality leather.
