Online medical equipment order no show

I have placed an order with them on the 14th January 2023

Since then it show processing and I have send emails to the email address on the website, the number on the website to phone customer hotline, a guy answers and he does not know why I am calling him,

He does not work for the company, we have paid for the product and since then we did not receive any feedback besides the status in processing on their website There is no facebook page for them, it like they don’t exist on any platform besides their website

If Somebody can assist me with any information to get hold of them please contact me Please be aware of this before making the same mistake
