Pathetic service. Do not buy from them!!

I have placed and paid for an order with this company over 5 days ago. To date, no correspondence from them. Tried calling, no answer. It's a mobile number. And no WhatsApp available to this number either.

Even sent an email to ask what the status is of my order. Until now, still no reply. This is a company in the general Johannesburg area and it should never take so long to deliver an order. And the onus should be on them to contact the customer if there is a delay.

I have already assumed that I have paid for nothing. They in fact deserve zero stars for pathetic service.
