Terrible and worst experience of my life

Kindly note I purchased a machine from Appliance House on the 16th October 2018 i never receive a product and after canceling my order i have not received my money back ,i want my refund a from 16th of October 2018 to 22 November 2018 you failed to delivery a product , please do the right thing as I am will be taken the matter to the media.
