Appliancehouse.co.za bad service and communication

<p>I order a Defy DCH296 Cooker Hood 3 Speeds Push Button, Washable Aluminium Filters, S/Steel &times; 1 for R 1,699.00 It was 24 July 2018 and still waiting for the item. I can't phone them and can't get hold of anyone to talk to. It is just all the time the same response. No dates or nothing added to the apologies and I am still waiting.</p>
