BAD SERVICE ACRYLIC Z

I am unhappy about a refund due. The website and URL of the company is https://acrylicz.co.za

After a conversation with Ian at Acrylic Z who convinced me he is able to produce an acrylic custom made bookshelf.

After many excuses in delivery date he finally admitted the product cracked. I cancelled the order as I found them unprofessional and not true to their word.

My deposit refund of R3150 was promised by Ian the same day i.e. 3 July. Then another promise that payment would be made on the 6 July.

Today I have not received my refund. I would not recommend or trust this company Acrylic Z with your product or your money.
