Refusing refund and lying about products they are selling

I shop a lot online, i have never experienced such terrible service and support anywhere in my life, i spend well almost $200 on what is marketed as 17" reborn dolls, and Avatar dolls alike, what i received was something that looks as though its been found in a lucky packet, the size of the palm of my hand, you cannot even make out features, and its been hand-colored by what looks like a toddler, i have requested a refund very nicely and as per their website terms if unhappy you are more than entitled to one, from there i was offered instead a discount on my next purchase, i responded again requesting a refund and they have responded offering me 5% refund, these were gifts for my children who have been away visiting their father, and they belong in the bin truly, i am so disheartened. Ive been left no choice but to let others know that this company should not be trusted and do not uphold their terms If i was able to load pictures for you i would happily. I recommend no one used this company ever they are not to be trusted.
