Worse service ever

I took out a loan with bruma finance in 19 September 2017 which was approved for 12 months and it was R7000 and I had to pay R857 per month October, November and December was not paid and I did communicate with bruma regarding the payments and January I paid R2000 to cover the arrears and now I got a notification from ITC that htn attorneys listed me as a defaulter not account in arrears. 15 February 2018 I have settled and paid the account in full and I was given a paid up letter

today its the 29 March 2018 d I have been on the phone and sent emails to bruma finance since 18 February regarding one account and called all the consultant and to my luck I always get Dolly mathebula,Joyce Nthebe,Amehle Yokwe.And all have re assured me that they have sent an email to request the bureau to have my account updated and an email was even sent to me by htn attorneys convincing me that my account with Compuscan and experian have been updated.To my surprise when I spoke to Compuscan my account was not updated since 12 December 2017 but instead your Htn attorneys listed me as a defaulter and later resubmitted my account again to reflect arrears. And Compuscan can not pick up anything with the reference number gave me stating my account was updated. I do no have the time to be calling and emailing you every time as I have stated I am not requesting you to give me the land I simply want my name to be removed as a defaulter and cleaned all arrears. I was declined a car all because of your unprofessional conduct
