Worse experience ever!!!!!
Worse experience ever!!!!!
I honestly feel like this collection company wants me to be forever indebted to them. Please explain how can you collection commission be at R 664,00 per month, i will never finish paying this account.
Can Bruma please offer me a settlement discount hence i feel like this company is trying to milk me. I want nothing to do with HTN Attorneys. Sean offered to assist but I honestly feel like I have been taken for a ride

● Interest is calculated daily on the balance outstanding & added onto the account monthly. ● Should there be a second interest charge in a month. Take note that this is not a second charge but a recalculation for the reminder of the month taking the payment made into account.
Collection Commission:
● Collection Commission is charged at 10% + VAT of the instalment received, subject to a maximum amount of R 1150(Vat Inc.). This is raised on receipt of an instalment (on or more) in redemption of the debt inclusive of instalments made directly to the Client. ● Outstanding Commission is calculated on the outstanding balance at 10% + VAT, subject to a maximum amount of R 1150(Vat Inc.).
