Worried

Sometimes last week I received a call from one of the consultant Calling regarding my brothers account that I'm helping him to pay....we spoke but I picked up some attitude and rudeness....well I told him that I don't appreciate how he speaks to me....he then said I'm taking ****....I called the office but even today no feed back....wow now insult our customers cos our managers don't care if we do or not
