Which Law do you use
How do you take up collections from Wonga my debit date with them is on the 31st of December. Today it's the 17th of December at 6am because they did not get funds on the 15th of December you sent me an sms at 6am to call you because wonga has given you my account for collection. Can you collect that money today as I have borrowed money and can I have a paid up letter as I really do not understand how this is not infringement of consumer rights. How do you take up collection for an account that is not yet due and I read a lot of reviews here on hello Peter and wonga rep**** that they have a tracking of 7 to 14days. Can you reply
