Waiting for a paid-up letter
Took forever to get a settlement amount letter. When I mailed back questions, there was no response. Phoned the call centre who said they'll get back to me. Finally paid the full quoted amount just to get the paid-up letter (which I was suppose to get after three working days). When I inquired about the letter, I was told to wait another three working days or until the finance department has "actioned" my request.
