Violation of Credit Act. and Communications Act.

These guys are by far the worst Attorneys I've even depth with. A couple of months ago I requested that HTN Attorneys send me their banking details so I could start making payments. They refused to send me their banking details insisting that I set up a debit order with them to make payments. Eventually I gave in and provided my banking details to set up a debit order. <br> <br> They started debiting my account R500pm as per agreed but on the 4th month they stopped. I contacted them and they said they will look into the issue. A month past and again no debit order went off and I contacted them again ALSO requesting banking details which I was denied and told they will look into the issue. My attorneys got hold of them where they then denied ever signing a debit order.<br> <br> After weeks they then send a settlement letter with interest much higher than what I last owned!!! They refuse to remove me from the bulk sms system as well!!! I have all of this on email, everything I said above. They have for months refused to aid me as a South African citizen to clear my ITC record demanding even more money now. They are clearly in violation of the National Credit Act and Communications Act. Its not fair
