USELESS NON LAW-ABIDING COLLECTORS

TERRIBLE!!! RUDE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My partner gets harrassing calls EVERY DAY, which by the way, is against the NCA, and being a debt collector ourselves we are quite aware of the law!! When you are unemployed you obviously are unable to make payment as you don NOT have funds!! So what do you people not understand!? Get your collectors trained properly and registered as collectors before you harrass people every day!!!
