USELESS AND PATHETIC!!

I was under debt review, My account was settled and was still handed over to HTN. I have my clearance certificate as well as my paid up letter for this account. I have sent it though to *** . After numerous emails, no replies. I then spoke to HTN again, they gave me Luyanda and Tselane's email adresses, who are the consultants for DR department, still no reply. The service is simply pathetic and useless.
